Torta Amor, or Love Cake is a Chilean classic dessert made from thin layers of hojarasca dough. One bite, and I promise you’ll fall in love! Manjar, pastry cream, chantilly cream with raspberry preserves and pieces of raspberries sprinkled throughout, alternating every layer. Covered in chantilly cream, then coated in hojarasca crumbles on the sides and top of the cake. Decorated with a layer of raspberry preserves on top, manjar rosettes, and fresh raspberries.
