Our Story

Living in the Upstate of South Carolina for the majority of my life, feeling the connection to my Chilean roots and heritage was not only difficult, but very limited. There wasn’t much representation of my country, our foods, music, or lingo. Raised by a Chilean mother and grandmother, my love and passion for my culture grew, reflected by the love added into every detail of every bread and pastry I sell. Every bite of these traditional treats, is one step closer to being back in Chile, connected to my family, heritage, and roots.

What is a Copihue?

The Copihue, or Chilean Bellflower, is Chile’s national flower. They are known for their bell form, and come in three colors, the traditional red, pink, and white Copihue.
